Ni-NTA Resin is specifically developed for the purification of recombinant proteins fusion with 6X histidine tag expression in cells. The resin is high affinity and selectivity for recombinant fusion proteins. The Ni-NTA resin can be used to purify 6X His tagged proteins under native and denaturing conditions. Proteins bound to the resin can be eluted with low pH buffer or competition with imidazole or histidine. The Ni-NTA resin uses nitrilo triacetic acid (NTA), a tetradenate chelating ligand, in a highly cross-linked 6% agarose matrix. The NTA binds Ni2+ ions by four coordination sites.

Welcome to our Almocent HRP Kit (ECL kit) based on our ultra sensitive based on Luminol substrate that produces chemi-luminescence upon reaction with HRP. The chemi-luminescence light emission can be recorded by X-ray films. Three sizes of Almocent HRPreagents are available which is suitable for 5, 25 and 50 blots as each 4ml of working solution is suitable for one mini blot (8 x 7.5cm). Almocent HRP is also supplied in a kit package, containing our non-animal protein blocking agent (NAP-BLOCKER) and wash buffer (Almocent TBST). The Almocent HRP kit discovered for detection of (10-15fg) of antigens with low noise ratio. The kit reagents are sufficient for 25 mini blots or 1,500cm2 of PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane. The trial size (Cat. # ALS-AC07) is suitable for five mini blots (300cm2).
